In the year 1993, we sold over 1200 SKS Rifles from our little store, and this is probably one of them. This Chrome Bore SKS comes to us from the estate of one of our Tennessippi, as we call it, Agriculture Scientists. He was a meticulous chemical engineer who maintained his firearms and equipment very, very well. he refinished its stock to a very nice tung oil finish and added enough extension and recoil pad to bring the length of pull out to a full 13 3/4 inch length of pull from the center of the trigger to the end of the extension and buttpad. Metal is excellent, there is only some faint whitening on its sharp edges. Note the custom made .130 thick steel plate scope mount. This apparatus is the owner’s invention, very well executed, and it is securely attached to the left side of the receiver by anchoring with two screws, machinist drill-and-tap job that doubtless destroyed some taps since the SKS’s steel was always so hard. Scope mount is easily removable, of course, and its Weaver bases 5 1/2 to 6 inches from forward slot to either of the rear slots. Our 6x28 variable China made scopes will fit and operate nicely, the only problem is that it will require a set of very pricey Weaver Extension Rings to accomplish that. If any of our distinguished shoppers have such a set, you’ll already be ahead of the game. A long scope will not work well on this rifle since the ejection angle of the spent brass is about 75 or 80 degrees, and a person would need to invent a deflector to preserve his scope. We do not believe this has been fired more than a couple hundred times. It is excellent throughout. Barrel is 20 inch chrome lined, 800 meter blue steel rear sights with adjustable post front sight; chrome plated blade bayonet. Importer marking is CSI, China Sports Inc. of Ontario, California, one of the best importers at the time. This rifle is excellent mechanically; bore, chamber, and mechanism are all bright, clean, and excellent. We’re offering it for only $ 359.95.

Don't let your buddies use your account. Registered user must be the buyer, with his or her own money. Buying firearms and related items for other people can result in felony charges. Don't try, either, to circumvent any law; for example, a California civilian may not buy a high capacity magazine and have it shipped to his brother-in-law in Nevada. That is a felony.
GA Pay buyers are NOT charged until we confirm we have the item and are ready to ship it. The same thing is true for phone-in, fax-in, and mail-in payments. In this respect, and in several others, Guns America outshines all its competitors. This is the best firearms website there is, hands down.
