A person can identify his revolver by looking at the butt; if it has a small rectangular slot on its butt surface at the rear, then this stock will work. Many of the Italian Made Revolvers have such a slot. A competent gunsmith could easily make on; let us not, however, get any foolish ideas about installing this on a revolver capable of firing modern cartridges – that would be highly illegal. This stock is in mint condition. It came from Cabela’s three or four years ago, and we hazard that Pietta of Italy is the manufacturer. Wood is genuine European walnut, and the fit is not quite perfect against the brass in the grip area, as the photos show.
