This rifle is a Master gunsmith's copy of the Beretta Alpine Model M1 built with a BM59 parts kit from Sarco .The rifle was designed for mountain fighting in the mountains of Northern Italy.Fortunately, they never had to be used. All these M1's are stripped down to their components, bolts & trigger groups broken down, sights removed. All metal is then reparked and gas cylinder reblued.
