This listing is for original configuration factory issue grips identical to the GP100 and Super Redhawk Revolvers manufactured beginning in 1986 and for approximately two decades thereafter. They are period correct for GP100s and Super Redhawks manufactured from 1986 until 2006. Manufacturer is Sturm, Ruger & Company of Newport, NH. Construction is one piece hard rubber, recessed and fitted with Rosewood laminate panels, that are secured by a stainless steel screw and its nut and escutcheon. These grips will fit all variants of the GP100 and Super Redhawk Revolvers manufactured by Sturm Ruger. They will not fit any other model. They will Not fit an SP101, will Not fit a standard Redhawk, will Not fit any Single Action Ruger Revolver, will Not fit the dump lever of a 1947 John Deere Manure Spreader. They will only fit Ruger Revolvers marked GP100 or Super Redhawk on their frames or barrels, and that have a stem type grip frame like the one showing in the photos. Each grip comes in its factory plastic container with Ruger insert, factory sticker, and Ruger pink factory flyer. Note that each grip has an injection mark on its butt, that is simply part of the manufacturing process on these. These grips are not easy for us to get, and recent production and availability has been spasmodic at best. By our poor memory, we began receiving GP100 revolvers with Hogue Combat factory issue grips in 2006, and our all time favorite Pachmayr GP/C Compac Grips were discontinued around 2008. That is also the approximate period when the 3 inch GP100’s arch competitor model 65 Smith & Wesson bit the dirt production wise. These specific grips are identical to the ones that shipped on 4 inch and 6 inch GP100s, slightly larger at the butt end than the grips that the 3 inch GP100s shipped with, but they work just fine on 3 inch guns, as the photos show. We’re offering the Ruger traditional GP100 / Super Redhawk grips in the photos or their identical mates, each for only $ 34.00. Any ammunition, firearms, or personnel showing in any of our photos are Not included. Wanted to buy: we are decent buyers on Pachmayr GP/C Compac® Grips in Excellent or New Old Stock condition. For our interests, these Ruger 70083s or the Pachmayr GP/C grips are the only ones that make a 2 3/4 inch GP100 come anywhere close to the classic S&W 3 inch model 65 configuration. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Grips, Magazines, Slings, Holsters, Scopes, Mounts, Parts Non Gun Non Ammo, entire orders only $10.00 total shipping no matter how many items. $10.00 entire order, NOT $10.00 per item. $20 Flat Fee to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico [PR FFL on Gun Parts].
