For as long as they have been on the market, we have had excellent service experience, and suitable accuracy experience, with the Rossi Single Shots imported by Taurus-Held Company Braztech in Miami. Brazilian rifle and handgun workmanship has always been excellent. This is a Rossi – Braztech Single Shot Rifle in .223 Remington; and photos show a specimen we had in stock. Sales on these have perked up since Tennessee legalized the .223 round for deer hunting; recoil, of course, is negligible. The stock and forend are walnut stained Brazilian Hardwood, probably Goncalo Alves or cousin to it. The wood on these rifles got so expensive that the Taurus/Rossi/Braztech manufacturers discontinued the wood stocked variants. This is not a youth length rifle; length of pull measures 13 5/8 inches from the trigger face to the end of the inch thick factory recoil pad. Factory specs are as follows: Taurus catalog number R223MB; caliber .223 Remington; break-open single shot action; single stage trigger; transfer bar and manual lever safeties with Taurus lock system; 23 inch barrel; Weaver base & no rear sight; overall length 38 ½ inches; weight empty 6 1/4 pounds; Brazilian Monte Carlo Hardwood stock. This rifle comes with a Weaver type scope base and hammer extension for scope mounting, as well as two keys for its internal lock, the same type lock that comes on Rossi and Taurus Revolvers. If someone wants see-thru over/under scope rings on one of these, get ready to spend $50 on a set of higher sights because the iron sights on this rifle are low profile and very sturdy and compact. Competitor H&R Handi Rifles, from our local experience, are more prone to misfire, less accurate, heavier, and less well balanced. The H&Rs command prices of $300 apiece or more in our area. We’re offering the light, well-balanced, reliable and accurate Rossi Braztech in the photos, however, or one of its identical mates, each for only $ 249.00

Don't let your buddies use your account. Registered user must be the buyer, with his or her own money. Buying firearms and related items for other people can result in felony charges. Don't try, either, to circumvent any law; for example, a California civilian may not buy a high capacity magazine and have it shipped to his brother-in-law in Nevada. That is a felony.
GA Pay buyers are NOT charged until we confirm we have the item and are ready to ship it. The same thing is true for phone-in, fax-in, and mail-in payments. In this respect, and in several others, Guns America outshines all its competitors. This is the best firearms website there is, hands down.
