Appears unfired. Comes with correct original box, all papers and 2 magazines. In 1998 Interarms folded as a company. Family fighting within the company. S & W later worked out an agreement with Walther in Germany to take over USA production. The agreement would not start until 2000 or 2001. Thus, the remaining inventory from the defunked Interarms had to be finished and assembled and sold. S&W along with Walther formed a "dummy" corporation of Walther USA, LLC to finish off the remaining Interarms guns. S&W didn't want to be responsible, legally, for someone elses stuff. The remaining parts were shipped to Alabama to be completed and were roll stamped Walther USA, LLC and sold.The Walther USA, LLC will ultimatly be some of the rarest of them all. There are fewer of them than any other variation.
