This is a brand new gun made from brand new parts. Zastava AK47’s are considered top of the line AK47’s. Since this AK is made from all new parts fit and finish are excellent. You are not shooting a pieced together parts gun that was disassembled in another country and put back together here in the US. Barrel is a military grade hammer forged Zastava barrel. Rifle comes with a stained maple stock with recoil pad. This stock is longer than the standard AK stock making it similar in pull to most deer or sniper rifles. Rifle has a side mounted scope rail for mounting close quarter battle optics or conventional scopes. This AK has a hold the bolt back feature which allows you to put the rifle on safe with the bolt open. This allows you to drop the bolt on a loaded magazine.
