They are cleaned in commercial vibrating tumblers with ceramic media. They are then dried in commercial tumblers in an extra super fine corncob media. This sets the shine and dries the brass prior to bagging. 250 cases of brass are then sealed in commercial grade polypropylene bags. We do this is for two reasons. One, it protects the brass from the elements throughout its life cycle before reloading. Second, it protects the brass during shipping, ensuring every piece arrives to you. So if you win an auction for 1000 cases of a certain caliber you will receive 4 bags of brass. OTHER INFO: Although the bag will say 250 cases, we normally put 5 to 7 extra in each bag. This is because we cannot catch ever piece of once fired brass that comes through our facility. So, we understand that there might be a couple of pieces that are unusable, and we want to ensure your satisfaction. Thereby it is our policy to ensure there are a few more pieces in each bag to account for the possibility of missed unusable cases.
