Bullets are lead core, copper/brass alloy jacket 115 grain full metal case. Muzzle velocity from a 5 inch Beretta is a +P range 1300 feet per second, and the muzzle energy exceeds 420 foot-pounds. Since, according to the little heeded 1986 FBI report penetration, not expansion, is crucial for defensive situations, this ammunition is as good as it gets. These rounds are accurate and S&B Components are second to none for quality. The 5 inch Star model B in the photos is not included, of course.
