Description: Colt Python Double Action Revolver serial # E70566 357 Magnum, 6" barrel with a bright excellent bore. The metal surfaces of this 1974 made revolver retain 99% original blue with a light turn ring on cylinder that has yet to permeate the finish and a minor pit on the backstrap just above the grooved lines. The Colt wood grips with gold medallions are in excellent condition showing only some very minor dings on the butt of the stocks and some circular point flattening in the shape of a circle on the right stock likely due to a holster strap snap pressing on it. This gun features a serrated ramp front sight, Colt Accro black blade adjustable rear sight, A nice 70's production Python overall. This revolver comes in a generic black plastic box. and should be a fine shooter or a wonderful addition to a Colt collection.
