Here is an excellent, genuine leather, horizontal-ride shoulder holster that will fit many medium sized auto pistols. This one saw brief service among the West German Polizei before the wall fell. We do not believe it was ever issued, since it has negligible wear, only faint superficial scuffing on its brown leather holster exterior. Right shoulder's strap is fully flexible elastic impregnated cotton; left shoulder harness proper is soft but strong suede leather, and the holster body itself is brown Morocco finished leather exterior and unlined interior. It will fit many pistols. Its parent pistol, of course, was the Sig Sauer 9mm, any size from a 3 1/2 inch compact to 4 1/2 inch full size .45. It is also a good fit on Glocks, all Smith & Wesson medium and large autos, and Rugers. On Tauruses, both polymer and metal, and on Berettas, there is some play and the 92/99 types want to hook their front sights on the body. 1911 type pistols can be drawn without unsnapping, so they are not very secure in these unless a person moves the snap.
