This listing is for the exact shotgun in the photos. Here is a worthy specimen of Mossberg’s tried and true 590 A1, the military spec, parkerized finish 590, Mossberg Number 51517. The Mossberg 590 shotgun, writes the Factory, is the pump action shotgun you can count on. It has the credentials and track record to prove it. The Mossberg military 590 model is the only pump action shotguns ever to pass all stringent U.S. Military MilSpec-3443 standards. It features weather resistant, non glare military parkerized finish, 3 inch chambering, and southpaw friendly top tang safety. Capacity is 5 + 1 on 2 3/4 inch shells, or 4 + 1 on 3 inch. Since the barrel has a traditional lug, a Mossberg 930 thread magazine extension can be readily adapted to add another round, see Max 100’s post [Ext tube to fit the 18.5" 590] on High Road from Dec. 20, 2007. Barrel is 18 1/2 inch .728 Police Cylinder heavy barrel for withstanding high pressure loads and rough field use. Front sight is raised, wing protected red fiber optic front, with Wing Protected, Windage and Elevation adjustable, wing protected anodized Ghost Ring rear sight mounted onto the receiver. Trigger group housing is parkerized alloy, not polymer. Forend is classic police corncob type graphite based polymer. Buttstock is matching synthetic, with a 14 inch length of pull from the .300 smooth faced steel trigger to the end of the 1 inch rubber recoil pad. Weight empty is 7 1/4 pounds, center of gravity beneath the chamber. This specimen is one of Mossberg’s showpersonnel, what we call a factory demo. It has seen light duty with Mossberg’s sales reps and writers; and at gun industry trade shows like the annual SHOT show in Las Vegas. Surface detractions are minimal, principally faint amounts of operation and edge streaking. We rate it as Excellent, since no more than 10 percent of its surfaces have been affected, at least in our estimation. Photos, at any rate, ought to suffice for our distinguished shoppers to judge finish grade for themselves. This 590 comes in a factory box with instruction manual and warranty statement, and Mossberg cable lock. Replacement pricing on this shotgun is $620 on Mossberg com. We’re offering this one, however, for only $ 389.00. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> $20 flat fee lower 48 states; $60 Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, UPS Ground or USPS Priority with full insurance coverage. Don't try, either, to circumvent any law; for example, a California civilian may not buy a high capacity magazine and have it shipped to his brother-in-law in Nevada. That is a felony.
GA Pay buyers are NOT charged until we confirm we have the item and are ready to ship it. The same thing is true for phone-in, fax-in, and mail-in payments. In this respect, and in several others, Guns America outshines all its competitors. This is the best firearms website there is, hands down.
