It does have fixed chokes and thumb safety and ejectors. It has been reblued and the wood refinished, but in good condition. The blueing has some dark spots and fading and the wood has some minor abrasions, but I would rate this gun at 90%. Serial number dates the gun around 1952 and the is gun is still tight.
