Photos show specimens from a lot of several dozen Czech-made, factory CZ magazines whose parent pistols served and protected our staunch allies in Ostrava, Czech Republic, in the 1990s as equipment for their civilian police forces. All are solid steel construction, most of them with black followers. A few of them have alloy floorplates, but most are sheet blue steel floorplates. These happen to be pre-ban, because all the parent pistols were manufactured in 1992, serial number ranges 23,000 – 24,000 range. Capacity is 12 rounds of .380 ACP or 9x18 = 9mm Makarov ammunition. Insertion, ejection, and magazine case contact whitening is minimal on these, and they have been stored empty for the past several years. They all have solid followers and floorplates and excellent spring resiliency; all of them excellent mechanically. These will not fit any other pistol, from our knowledge, besides the CZ-83 in .380 ACP or CZ-82 in 9mm Makarov calibers only. Please understand that we nor any One else guarantees any magazine, new or used, to lock the slide back on the last shot all the time, and that is not a legitimate reason for a return. Replacement pricing on new CZ mags from CZ-USA com is in the $50 per vicinity. We did not, by the way, get any of these extra with the pistols; we had to pay dearly just to get them.
