Several upgrades to the standard AR as follows:

Bolt release : roll pin replaced with stainless threaded dowel pin, no more punch needed to assemble!

Front Take down pin: Oil port moved to allow use of small tool (Paper clip) to retain spring and ease front take down pin assembly

Rear Take Down Pin: Detent and spring relocated to 6pm position under grip. No more kinking and breaking the spring when removing your buffer tube / sling plate.

1/4 x 28 threaded poly tipped Upper receiver tension screw

Integrated Trigger Guard: Wider and deeper with a more ergonomic line than the round "glove guard"

Enhanced Magwell: 3/8" wider than a cast lower, wider chamfer to accept all current magazines with no modifications, to include: surefire 60 / 100 rd, all P-mags, Thermold and steel magazines.

Mag well is machined cleaned through in 1 operation, no blend line no run out, no increased cost to send out for EDM, this will feed any magazine that is useable

Stronger, more precise and offered in your choice of Cerakote

ONLY .7 oz heavier than a Colt Cast lower with no trigger guard
