From a collection in nearby Madison County Tennessee comes this very early, pristine Heckler & Koch German Made Model 91-A2 chambered in the 7.62x51 caliber that we know and love as .308 Winchester. From its IC or JC date code and AO59000 range serial number it was manufactured in 1982. Its exclusive owner installed period correct E&L buttplate extender that brings the length of pull to 16 1/4 inches from the trigger face to the end of the buttplate. He also installed a trigger overtravel stop that we assume was manufactured by the same Arizona Company. Apart from those two added, and easily removable pieces, this rifle is all factory HK.
Instruction manual is correct and original with red leather grained back. While the Stateside HK Stamping on the right side of the receiver reads Arlington, VA; the never-executed warranty card reads Chantilly, VA. Sling, magazines, connectors and loading devices are all original factory. Note the distinctive construction of the 30 shot magazine, spliced together in Chantilly VA as an accessory item for a little known company at the time. Bipod is factory, its finish, as the photos should show, has a green parkerized tint coloration. Ejection port buffer is original factory. As far as this rifle’s specs, Type is roller delayed blow-back semi automatic. Manufacturer is Heckler & Koch, in what was West Germany at the time of production. Importer is HK of Arlington, Virginia. Barrel, of course, is the standard factory 6 groove rifling, 1:12 Right Hand Twist, measures 20 inches, including the brake. Weight empty with the bipod and in-battery magazine is 12 pounds 8 ounces. We are including a total of Four Magazines, and all of them are original. Surface detractions are minimal, principally faint white streaks on the upper sides of the receiver, forward of the rear scope mount dovetails; and faint contact scouring on the forend from the bipod. We classify this 91A2 as Excellent, since no more than 10 percent of its finish is affected in our estimation; photos, at any rate, ought to suffice for our distinguished shoppers to judge finish grade for themselves. It is Excellent mechanically; bore, chamber, and mechanism are all bright, clean, and excellent; and from our knowledge of its late owner, it has been fired fewer than 300 rounds, all with brass case U.S. made factory Ammunition. It comes with, and will ship in, a McMillan Hard shell case. We’re offering this attractive, eminently collectable Heckler and Koch model 91 A2 rifle, complete with its papers, 4 magazines, loaders, cleaning kit and bipod, for only $ 3500.00. 2% Discount if payment is by USPS Money Orders and not Credit Card. Not transferable to civilian residents of Aurora IL, California, Chicago / Cook County IL, Connecticut, District of Colombia, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York City, Puerto Rico, or any other jurisdiction where Pre-1989 HK91 rifles are restricted to law enforcement. For any civilian buyers in Maryland, or Denver or Vail CO, we will sub four more 20 round factory magazines for the 30 rounder.

Don't let your buddies use your account. Registered user must be the buyer, with his or her own money. Buying firearms and related items for other people can result in felony charges. Don't try, either, to circumvent any law; for example, a California civilian may not buy a high capacity magazine and have it shipped to his brother-in-law in Nevada. That is a felony.
GA Pay buyers are NOT charged until we confirm we have the item and are ready to ship it. The same thing is true for phone-in, fax-in, and mail-in payments. In this respect, and in several others, Guns America outshines all its competitors. This is the best firearms website there is, hands down.
