Construction is entirely stainless steel. Type was striker fired blowback semi-automatic, John M. Browning design, with left side lever safety that also acts as a disassembly position stop. Sight system, like the original Browning, was raised serrated rib with notch rear and low blade ramp type front. Barrel is 2 inches. Weight empty is only 9 3/4 ounces, quite a feat for a steel frame pistol. This gun was bought new and has been in my family since the 70's it has only been fired less than a box of shells, perfect new condition.
