Here is a 1937 S/42 Luger. Military contract for this run was 1. Last one manufactured was in April 1939.The gun looks like it may have been re-blued, but the markings are so sharp that if it was done it was by a real good refinisher or maybe it's just a good original. It looks to have been put back into service because it does have some holster ware. All numbers match. Has one non numbered mag. The left grip has a small chip missing by the safety.
