From the early days of the Reagan Administration comes this excellent Smith & Wesson 3000 slide action shotgun manufactured for our favorite company by Howa of Japan. Even though Smith & Wesson was never able to unseat the 870 Police Shotgun as the shotgun of choice for law enforcement and serious hunters, this fine piece gave the 870 a run for its money for a few years. Its improved design shell carrier system prevented short-shuck jams, even, that the 870 was occasionally vulnerable to. Construction of this 3000 Smith & Wesson is entirely blue steel, with anodized trigger group. Safety is right-hand-shooter friendly, and the disconnector lever is as well. Action bars are double blue steel, like the competitor. Buttstock and forend are glossy-finished, cut-checkered, 14 inch length of pull with S&W logo Pachmayr 325 one inch recoil pad and factory logo grip cap. Barrel is 20 inch .706 Improved Cylinder, with rifle sights for slug and buckshot loads. Rear sight is Windage and Elevation adjustable, brighter blue than the 870 competitor. Surface wear is minimal to this shotgun; we only detect a few small scours on the glossy walnut, faint operation streaking to the slide arms and magazine tube; and very faint whitening to the receiver edges. We rate it as Excellent, since no more than 10 percent of its surfaces are affected by our estimate. Bore, chamber, and mechanism are all bright, clean, and excellent. Sight is an original, period correct Weaver Qwik-Point that is excellent both finishwise and mechanically. The S-1000 Qwik-Point Base has surface scouring and fitting marks on its outside. This package was very advanced, state of the art for the Early Reagan Years. We’re offering it for only $ 389.95. Gun only with correct action pins $ 349.95. We’re listing the Kwik-Site separately at $ 119.95.

Don't let your buddies use your account. Registered user must be the buyer, with his or her own money. Buying firearms and related items for other people can result in felony charges. Don't try, either, to circumvent any law; for example, a California civilian may not buy a high capacity magazine and have it shipped to his brother-in-law in Nevada. That is a felony.
GA Pay buyers are NOT charged until we confirm we have the item and are ready to ship it. The same thing is true for phone-in, fax-in, and mail-in payments. In this respect, and in several others, Guns America outshines all its competitors. This is the best firearms website there is, hands down.
