Star Model B pistol that was manufactured in "neutral" Spain during WWII for the German military. Chambered for the 9mm Parabellum, this pistol bears the Eagle/WaA251 German Army acceptance stamp on the right rear tang. Overall condition is very good. The original blue finish rates about 95+% with minimum thinning, holster & edge wear. There is no rust or pitting. The grips are in very good condition with minimal wear and no cracks or chips. There are NO import markings. The mechanics appear to be in good working order and the bore is excellent, bright with sharp rifling. Comes with one magazines. The Star B never did have a purpose-made German holster of it's own. According to factory records, this Star Model B pistol was delivered to the German forces on July 26, 1943. With only 20,500 pistols supplied to the German Army, the Star Model B is one of the less common full sized pistols utilized by the German Third Reich making it VERY RARE!
