This gun is in very good condition and like most police trade-in, it has some holster wear, but only moderate wear from firing. Look at the picture and see for yourself. This gun has Trijicon night sights from 2003 and they are still good. Trijicon guarantees its sights for 12 years so they should be good another couple of years. This gun is sold "as is" with no warranty attached. I'm a Certified Sig Sauer Armorer and I completely disassembled, cleaned & inspected this gun. I installed a Sig spring kit plus I replaced the magazine springs, so I know it is mechanically sound. When I test fired this gun, it functioned flawlessly.
