Manufacturer is Mec-Gar, srl, of Gardone, Italy, the same company that manufactures Browning’s factory magazines. Construction is steel body, spring, and detachable floorplate with black polymer cartridge follower. Finish is nickel plated steel. These fit any Browning 1935 Hi-Power type pistols, or their exact Argentine, Canadian, or Hungarian clones, including the Kassnar PJK 9HP, FEG 9HP, Kareen Israeli issue reworked FEG, Argentine Hi Powers, and Canadian Inglis Hi Powers. They will Not fit a Browning BDM Double Mode; Will Not fit an FEG model R9; Will Not fit the hitch on a 1947 John Deere Manure Spreader. They will only fit a Single Action, 9mm caliber, Browning Hi Power pistol or one of its exact clones. Each magazine holds 15 rounds of 9mm Ammunition – 9mm Luger, 9mm Parabellum, 9x19, call it what you will, THE 9mm. Mec-Gar magazines free fall like they're supposed to, lock the pistol open when they're empty; and most important, always work and never fail.
