Description: HG5562 Here is Ruger's most traditional offering of all in its Mark III series of pistols, the direct descendant of the original, tried-and-true MK-4, the old original named model Ruger Standard Auto. Barrel is 4 inch tapered blue, and the grip frame is entirely blue steel. A few of the improvements from the original old Mark I are palatable to us old dogs. Magazine release is beside the trigger guard, and the new magazines will hold 10 rounds, where the old 1950s pistols only held 9. The Mark III has a frame mounted slide release, where the old Mark I locked the slide open with its safety. We will credit the legal profession for the loaded chamber indicator and internal lock. We do not have its internal lock keys, but we will include a cable lock that is compliant with all state and federal laws on that subject. This one was manufactured in 2005, the first year of marketing for the Mark III series. This is a local civilian pistol, and its surface detractions are minimal, only faint spotting on the never-blued bolt surface and very faint amounts of edge whitening. We classify it as Excellent Condition since no more than 5 percent of its surfaces are affected; photos, at any rate, ought to suffice for our distinguished shoppers to judge finish grade for themselves. It is certainly excellent mechanically; bore, chamber, and mechanism are all bright, clean, and excellent. It comes with both its original factory 10 shot magazines. Don't let your buddies use your account. Registered user must be the buyer, with his or her own money. Buying firearms and related items for other people can result in felony charges. Don't try, either, to circumvent any law; for example, a California civilian may not buy a high capacity magazine and have it shipped to his brother-in-law in Nevada. That is a felony.
GA Pay buyers are NOT charged until we confirm we have the item and are ready to ship it. The same thing is true for phone-in, fax-in, and mail-in payments. In this respect, and in several others, Guns America outshines all its competitors. This is the best firearms website there is, hands down.
