We are selling this gun for parts and let’s be clear: we will not accept a return on it. Here is the majority of an RG10 revolver manufactured in 1964. It is date coded by 64, and its 37000 range serial number matches new ones we received that year from Eig Cutlery. Manufacturer on this old revolver was Rohm Gesontheim, a Marshall Plan, US Tax Dollars reconstructed firm in Sontheim-Brenz, West Germany. Importer on this specimen was Hawes Firearms of Los Angeles, who used the name Gecado on some of their imports. Construction is pot metal frame and sight collar, with steel internal parts and screws. Type is double action revolver, with floating firing pin. Barrel is 3 inch, pinned in; caliber is .22 Short Only, with 6 shot cylinder capacity. This revolver is missing its cylinder pin assembly, yoke pin, and trigger guard assembly. These parts are probably available somewhere in the United States, but we lack the time or incentive to hunt them down. This revolver appears to be complete except as we have described.
