Built off a fully accurized Rem 700 action- bdl, 3 position Winchester type safety added, spiral fluted bolt, Lilja #2 stainless barrel free floated, High Tech specialties stock w/ custom formed small palm swell (fits the hand perfectly without being noticeable), high tech customs muzzle break, action and barrel coated using KG guncote-matte black, Stock paint job done by Shawn Carlock from Defensive Edge custom gunsmithing. Action is bedded along with barrel. Trigger is tuned to a very crisp 2 lbs. Rifle weighs in at just under 6 lbs with no optics. You would think it would kick like a mule but it doesn't.
