Colt 1903 Type IV/1930 Production Guns > Pistols > Colt Automatic Pistols (.25, .32, & .380 cal)
Description: John Dillinger was carrying one when killed by the FBI. Bonnie Parker owned one and Humphrey Bogart wielded one in Casablanca. United States Army General Officers to include Generals Patton and Eisenhower were issued these pistols and now you too can own a fine example of a Colt Model of 1903 in .32 ACP.

This particular pistol is a hard to find Type IV with magazine disconnect and was produced in 1930. This original American classic shows expected wear for an 83 year old weapon while maintaining perfect mechanical function and reliability. The piece seems to have been fired very little and any flaw in the finish is probably due to improper storage over the past eight decades.

Finish is about 90 percent with some thinning, freckling and scratches but is uniform with no bare spots. The walnut grips are very solid with no cracks and only minor wear. Barrel is above average but not mirror bright. PIstol comes with one original two tone magazine. This is a fine as is example of an original 1903, or due to its functional perfection would be the perfect gun for re-finishing to make it like new again.

I have fired 50 rounds of 71 and 73 grain ball ammo through this gun with no malfunctions and amazing accuracy. This pistol is now detail cleaned and ready to go to a collection or service as a CCW.

8 round magazine so no sales to New York.
