This listing is for One scope; buyers, however, may take any number of extras that we have on hand at the same per-scope price, and with no additional shipping charges. Here is an excellent value for shooters who want an Intermediate eye relief scope for their scout type rifle or handgun. It is important for many folk to understand what eye relief is. On most rifle scopes, shooters get a clear scope picture with the scope’s eyepiece 4 inches from their eye. Then, with handgun scopes, they get a clear picture with the scope’s eyepiece about 16 inches out from their eye. With several types of firearms, however, there is a need for an Intermediate Eye Relief Scope, for example, with Ruger’s Scout Rifles where the scope mounts well forward of the receiver; or with handguns where the shooter is working from a bench or rest; or even with muzzleloaders where the shooter wants to place the scope well forward of the hammer or nipple area. These particular scopes, unmarked except for the digits, 2.5X32, on top of their eyepieces, came in to a Midwest Importer after a brand name contract fell through. From the coloration of their boxes, we suspect they were intended for Tasco. These scopes were manufactured, as one might expect, in the world’s most populous nation. The Chinese, we often point out, know how to make quality products, they just sometimes don’t know when to quit making them. Oversupply is probably what got us the deal on these. Construction is one piece alloy tube with black matte finish. Overall length is 11 1/4 inches, from the 32mm blue tint coated objective lens end to the rubber armored eyepiece end. Tube diameter is standard 1 inch. Windage and elevation adjustments are 1/4 minute or quarter-inch clicks at 100 yards. Crosshair is Duplex type, thicker posts on the outside culminating down to fine cross hair in the middle. Field of view at 100 yards is approximately 25 feet. Weight empty is 11.8 ounces, and each scope comes with yellow-and-clear lens covers on the order of the old traditional Tasco scopes. Most important, eye relief is optimal at 9 1/2 inches, with a clear sighting picture anywhere from 7 inches to 12 inches. Each scope comes in its original double box with lens cloth and instruction manual, but there is no warranty card and no other markings on the scope or the box. All of these are brand new scopes, but we are offering a 7 day return privilege. Replacement pricing on IER / Intermediate Eye Relief scopes usually ranges upwards of $200 per unit, and they aren’t easy to find mail order, much less in local stores. We’re offering these good little scopes, however, each for only $ 59.00. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Grips, Magazines, slings, holsters, scopes, mounts, parts & most any small light items, entire accessory orders only $10.00 total shipping no matter how many a person buys. $10.00 for an entire order, Not $10.00 per item or anything of the sort. $20 Flat Fee on magazine orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, and gun parts to PR civilians must ship to an FFL.
