Serial PWK006611 features 25.5-inch barrels with fixed chokes (IC/IM), matted vent rib with double beads, 3-inch chambers, ejectors, single mechanical trigger with knurled face, mechanical safety with selector. The beavertail forend is dressed with double-bordered panel checkering and the English stock sees the pattern nearly wrapping the grip. Wood figure is very good for a 23, with well-defined grain and nice flaring through the butt. ENGRAVING: The action is engraved to approximately 50 percent coverage with a brace of quail on the left, ditch parrots on the right and a pigeon on the underside. Trace scroll appears on the tangs, forend furniture and top lever. DIMENSIONS: Weight is 7.2 pounds. Length-of-pull is 14.0 inches, drops are 1.5 and 2.35 inches, and cast off is approximately .25-inch. CONDITION: The bores are bright and barrels full on face. The opening lever rests to the right. Metal finish is approximately 97 percent with but light indications of use. Wood is approximately the same, with a few scattered small impressions and minor rubs.
