This is a Colt Officers Model Revolver 22LR with 6"BBL, SN #21992, with match grade adjustable sights. This gun was used by the Indiana State Police to shoot in matches all over the nation. State Police Agencies use to travel and compete against each other in shooting matches. These competitions allowed the officers to become better marksmen. This was not a cheap sport by any means for the Indiana State Police. An Official Indiana State Police letterhead comes with this revolver, describing the details of it.
