Description: For sale: One (1) New in box Charter Arms Under Cover Light Cougar in 38 special with a 2” barrel. This revolver has fixed sights and has a 5 shot cylinder. The gun comes with factory box and paper work. We accept certified funds or Visa/Mastercard. If you choose credit, add 3% to the total, including shipping for giving up the cash discount. Shipping/handling will be $30 plus any additional insurance that you would like to pay for; add an additional $1 for every hundred dollars of insurance. Shipping valid only for the lower 48 states; For Alaska, Hawaii and the territories we will have to work up a quote for the final price. No international shipping!
