S&W U.S. Army Model of 1917 .45 ACP revolver in 90% condition with some holster wear to bluing. Grip panels are Numrich Gun Parts Repro matching original US G.I. specs. Ordinance mark shows this weapon was manufactured in 1918, NOT the "Flaming Bomb" but rather the initials of the inspector, Col. Gilbert H. Stewart. Weapon has obviously been fired but has sharp lands and grooves with very little wear. Lock-up is tight and timing is dead on. Butt is stamped "U.S. Army Model 1917 No." and five digit serial number with original lanyard loop. I have done NO refinish work to the weapon so as to retain it's authenticity. Weapon ships in a lockable hard case with ten (10) full moon clips (required to fire the .45 ACP lead bullets it was designed for) and loading/unloading tool. Preferred payment method USPS Money Order as I don't have the ability to accept credit card payments, I am a private seller. Price is an initial request but will consider Best Offer.
Shipping to be paid by buyer by method chosen by buyer (USPS or UPS). E-mail me with desired shipping method and I will return e-mail with cost.
Would consider trades. Looking for AK-47, SKS, .38 snubby or .44 Magnum revolver.
