Benelli USA and the master engravers at the workshop of Bottega Giovanelli have collaborated to produce a unique pair of fine, collector’s-quality firearms in the World Class Curator 12- and 20-gauge set (12035WC and 12030WC) both are 1 of 250 made. This superb set of guns is available in the United States for a limited time. Only 250 specially numbered sets are available as part of this exclusive Benelli USA World Class Collection offering. Benelli artisans have chosen AAA-grade walnut for the Curator’s stock and fore-end. The lavishly figured wood is satin finished and the grip and fore-end are precisely cut with fine-line, 28 line-per-inch checkering. A sterling silver medallion that can be custom engraved and set into the grip cap is provided with each Curator. Matched walnut butt plates are standard on each gun. For field use, fitted rubber recoil pads are included as accessories.
The left side of the Curator’s lower receiver is engraved with deeply chassed scrollwork and a medallion portraying a pair of chukar partridges set against a gold-overlaid mountain landscape. Below, bevel-cut floral engraving and cinquefoils frame a fine line engraving of a bounding hare. On the right hand face, the gold details include a rising ring-necked pheasant and a landing mallard duck. This semi-auto shotgun set has a metallic-finished, felt-lined gun case. The interior of the case holds both shotguns and includes a carbon-fiber enhanced storage compartment nestled between the guns. Both shotguns have 26" barrels with vent rib and come with five removable choke tubes, a choke tube wrench, an extra rubber butt pad, and stock shims. This set is reduced in price due to a little bit of glue (approx 1/4" ) on the interior of the case.
