From an Importer liquidation come this piston, or action piston, for an Akkar made model 600 auto shotgun chambered in 12 gauge, manufactured since 2009. Manufacturer was Akkar Silah Sanayi Ltd. of Istanbul, Republic of Turkey. Importer was Samco of Miami, the Charles Daly Importer until 2015. Production dates ranged from 2010 until 2015. Construction is two piece steel, piston and seal. Finish is white steel seal and matte blue piston. This assembly will fit only the recent production model 600 Akkar and Daly shotguns that will accept 12 gauge, 3 inch or 3 1/2 inch shells and whose bolts and action bars accept a Bolt Handle with an oval shaped stud end. Dimensions are 1.183 or 1 3/16 inches overall length and 1.004 inside diameter. Outside diameter of the installed seal is 1.309 inces; and the rear face diameter is 1.3675 inches. Schematic view is #49 Piston, and #50 Piston Seal. These Pistons and Seals will only fit a Akkar model 600, or an Akkar / Charles Daly model 600 Semi Automatic shotgun chambered in 12 gauge, that will chamber 3 inch or even 3 1/2 shells, and which requires an oval holed action bar block. They will not fit any Daly whose bolt takes a round ended Bolt Handle. They will not fit any 20 gauge Daly. Surface detractions are minimal, only occasional shelf wear from Samco's warehouse.
