This is a Remington/Elliot Over and Under Derringer in .41 Rim fire caliber. It has the original nickel finish with factory Pearl grips. It is the nicest one I have ever seen. This was manufactured sometime from 1904 to 1910 and is the Fifth Variation ("REMINGTON ARMS CO. ILION, N.Y." 48 mm long)based on this address. Approximately 8000 were manufactured during this time period. The bore and mechanics are perfect and I believe this to be UNFIRED. There is no markings on the breech face and the hammer is very tight when you pull it back. The hinge is perfect. There is some very slight corrosion on the left side toward the muzzle between the barrels and a little above the arch between the trigger and grip (two pin size marks). Comes with one box of ammunition (50 rounds). This can be purchased with a C&R license. A great gun rarely found in this condition and a super investment opportunity.
