MZ0348 This specimen is an important part of muzzleloading rifle development. This is Knight / Modern Muzzleloading Company’s T-Bolt in-Line, borrowed from the 1960s production Browning T-Bolt rimfires. Receiver and breech system uses a pull-knob firing pin recessed into the bolt face that serves as a firing pin against the rather wide nipple, that accepts Winged Musket Caps of the same type used on Enfield Rifles during the War Between the States. The entire breech plug will remove with an extended hex head aperture wrench for cleaning, and the nipple itself comes off rather easily with a small crescent wrench. Barrel is 22 inch with 1:28 rifling that is specifically designed for Sabot Bullets and Maxi-Balls. Sights are factory anodized finish bases, windage and elevation adjustable rear sight that utilizes green fiber optic dots in contrast to the red fiber optic filled front sight. Finish is entirely blue steel, with steel trigger and parts and a high impact polymer trigger guard. Buttstock is high impact synthetic, 14 1/2 inches length of pull from the trigger face to the end of the 3/4 inch thick recoil pad. Receiver is drilled and tapped, and uses two Weaver Number 14 Scope Bases, or see under mounts. Caliber is .50 Black Powder. Manufacturer, of course, is Knight / Modern Muzzleloading of Centerville, Iowa. This particular specimen comes to us from one of our dealer friends on a trade. It has never been fired, or even loaded, or even sold to a consumer. It is in mint condition in a factory box, with an older MK85 series instruction manual and never executed factory registration papers. Replacement pricing on most any Knight Muzzleloader in our area is $400 apiece or more. We’re offering this pristine, unfired Knight T-Bolt, however, for only $ 239.00.

Don't try, either, to circumvent any law; for example, a California civilian may not buy a high capacity magazine and have it shipped to his brother-in-law in Nevada. That is a felony.
