Early 50's M1 Garand in very good condition (not new), my best guess is this is a US Arsenal re-work. Bright and shiney bore, no rust, no major dings or gouges, a few minor dings and only on the handguard dark oiled furniture (98%+), P with no circle on pistol grip. Parkerizing is in great shape (98%+) Sights work, action is clean and works like greased lightning, bolt face is clean as a whistle, May have been a DCM gun but most of the recent DCM guns are HR so I don't know for sure. This rifle belonged to an elderly gun club member and our club has been authorized by DCMP to qualify our members for rifles for a long long time. No import marks, no other cartouches or markings on furniture. Sorry no clips or accessories, just a super clean Springfield M1 battle rifle, the greatest battle implement ever devised according to George S Patton Jr and by gum, I believe him! Email for photos, specify what you want a photo of and I'll do my best to accomodate you.
