This rifle was produced with the red recoil pad, fully adjustable trigger, and early slab-side front sight base. *PLEASE EMAIL ME FOR MANY ADDITIONAL PICTURES* This is an outstanding collectible Ruger, the walnut stock having equally superb figure on both sides, with beautiful grain contrast, front and rear. The rifle is in mint condition with both wood and metal being near 100% perfect. The rifle shows only the slightest evidence of handling, with no evidence of edge wear in the metal finish, and no signs of carry. The bore rifling is like new and the action is mechanically perfect. This is a beautiful firearm with outstanding wood character. I have owned the rifle for many years, and it has been constantly stored in a climate controlled safe and never used in the field.
