This is an Eastern carbine, made in 1927, without saddle ring, but carbine sights. t also has a shotgun style butt with the checkered steel later equipment used on M64's, M65's and M71's. The receiver has no remaing finish, barrel about the same with a little more staining. The magazine has probably been replaced as have a number of screws, as they are all in good shape. The bore is decent and shootable, but not mirror bright. I have shot it and chamber and head spacing are good. Someone has filed a shallow groove down the center of the receiver front. Maybe lost the rear sight at one time!?!? VISA or MasterCard for an extra 2% fee.
