This isn't land, but trust us, it'll go across field roads very well on land! From our own use for the past two years comes this serviceable, good running Chevrolet C1500 Fleet Truck. We have a newer pickup now, and we just don't need this one. Its service career was with Comcast in Memphis, antenna is still in place. Club cab, very roomy and comfortable. (A.) Minuses: (1.) high mileage, 209,000; (2.)weak paint and peeled coating on the hood, top, and a few other places. (3.) Hood is sprung where we hit a deer back in 2014, but it has never unclasped, and we've driven it on I-40 and I-55 at speeds approaching 80 mph. (4.) Floor heater duct is not operating correctly, we simply run heat out the main vents during the winter. (5.) The tool box latch system doesn't work, needs repaired or replaced, but hey, it's free, no extra charge. (B.) Pluses: (1.) this old truck runs very well. We replaced its radiator hoses, and it does not use oil like many its age. (2.) We've always run 89 octane gas, it gets 16 mpg. (3.) Tires are good, just a smidge above 10,000 miles on them. The truck doesn't pull or grind the tires. (4.) Apart from the deer episode, it's never been wrecked. (5.) Cloth seats, interior is good. (6.) Air conditioning, defroster, upper vents work just fine. It's a good, reliable work or farm truck. We've driven it to Atlanta and back; many, many times to Memphis and Tupelo, no hitches or problems. Replacement pricing on a new one is more than lots of people's houses sell for. We paid $4800 for it, two years ago, but we've gotten some use out of it. We're offering it for only $ 3900.00.
