The venerable .220 Swift has its resolute adherents, and sometimes they impart enough passion to get factories to produce what they want. That was the case from 2005 until 2007 with this specimen’s model, 700VS SF-II Varmint Special, the 700 Varmint Synthetic Stainless Fluted. Remington part number is 6339 or 26339. Date code on this one is A Z, manufactured in March of 2005, the first year of production of the II variant that followed the original version produced from 1994 until 2004. This is a local rifle, much carried but little fired. The Kevlar-impregnated beavertail stock has extensive carry scouring and buffing on its midsection, but these are the ultimate in touch stocks and wear does not affect them like it does many others. Barrel is 26 inch fluted stainless heavy barrel, and the action is aluminum bedded just like the super-accurate 700 P Custom Shop rifles. Surface scouring to the barrel and receiver surfaces is only moderate. We rate this rifle’s surface grade as a strong Very Good, perhaps even Excellent specimen since no more than 15 to 20 percent of its surfaces are affected by any contact evidence. Photos, at any rate, ought to suffice for our distinguished shoppers to judge finish grade for themselves. It is excellent mechanically; bore, chamber, and mechanism are all bright, clean, and excellent. Note that it comes with a one piece Redfield short action steel scope base, the best kind there is for Short Action Remingtons like this one. Replacement pricing on this rifle in our area, if a person can even find one, is upwards of $1400 apiece. We’re offering this one, however, for only $ 789.95.

Don't let your buddies use your account. Registered user must be the buyer, with his or her own money. Buying firearms and related items for other people can result in felony charges. Don't try, either, to circumvent any law; for example, a California civilian may not buy a high capacity magazine and have it shipped to his brother-in-law in Nevada. That is a felony.
GA Pay buyers are NOT charged until we confirm we have the item and are ready to ship it. The same thing is true for phone-in, fax-in, and mail-in payments. In this respect, and in several others, Guns America outshines all its competitors. This is the best firearms website there is, hands down.
