SN L122023V, .20 Ga. SN L122024V, .28 Ga. SN L122025H and .410 Ga. SN L122026H. They were manufactured in the early 70’s all choked skeet. The barrels are 25” in length. The LOP is 14 ½”. All the wood is spectacular with very few imperfections. The checkering is sharp with no discernible wear. There is no wear of the bluing on any of the guns. These guns have been shot as they should be but have been meticulously maintained. The .28 Ga. and .410 Ga. have additional weights added to the forearm nut to replicate the weights of the two heavier gauges. The .28 and .410 also have an additional engraving on the left side of their respective receivers saying, “Matched Pair No. 4073”. Remington did manufacture a matched set in this caliber in 1969. Whether these two were left over and then mated to the .12 and .20 to make a four gun set I cannot say but it would make sense given the SN's.
