It features a heavy 30" (1/2 octagon 1/2 round) Badger barrel, Browning rear soule sight and spirit level front sight. The Badger barrel has 8-groove right hand twist riflings with a 1:18 twist rate. The rifle comes with the Browning vernier soule rear sight with a # 50 (0.052”) aperture eyecup, two 10-32 mounting screws & 7 interchangeable front sight inserts. I highly recommend purchasing either a Lee Shaver or MVA Hadley-style selectable aperture eyecup. Be sure to get one with 10-32 threads. The original rifle owner’s manual and other factory documents shipped with the rifle will be included. The rifle was disassembled, cleaned and completely checked out. It was not dirty and lubed with the factory original white lube. It shows no signs of wear. I doubt the rifle was fired more than a few times. The bore is perfect. There are no scratches on the metal and no dings on the wood. Miroku only manufactured the BPC rifles for Browning from 1996 thru 1998. This rifle was manufactured in 1996, the 1st year of production. On a very accurate postage scale, the rifle weighs 11 lbs 3 oz with the sights and an eyecup installed. The previous owner had the trigger worked on. It breaks clean and crisp at approximately 2.0 lbs with additional adjustment available. For an additional $60 I can provide a Cerrosafe cast of the chamber, throat & bore with all dimensions documented at the correct time after the cast was made.
