Description: Here is Charter’s Magnum Pug, On Duty variant. Manufacturer and warrantor is Charter Arms of Shelton, CT. Factory variant number is 73510. Type is traditional double and single action true swingout revolver, Bodyguard type with shroud protected but accessible hammer. Chambering is .357 Remington Magnum and .38 Smith & Wesson Special calibers interchangeably. Construction is all steel, with the exception of the alloy trigger guard and grip frame, with factory rubber combat finger groove grips. Barrel is one piece, with eight groove right hand 18 3/4 rifling fore in a full lug shroud. Sights are solid rib integral ramp front with frame integral fixed notch rear. Main frame is stainless steel, with an alloy grip frame / trigger guard. Cylinder is stainless 5 shot, and the Charter accepts ammunition from a 36A size speedloader. Trigger is .300 serrated face, with matching serrated spur hammer that is protected by the extended frame shroud but still able to be pulled for single action firing. Charters generally pull double action in the 12 – 14 pound vicinity, and 4 pound area single action, with minimal felt creep. Ignition is floating firing pin, with transfer bar safety mechanism that prevents the hammer from contacting the pin unless the trigger is fully depressed. Weight empty is 23 ounces, a shade less than a Smith & Wesson 648. The Mag Pug stays more point of aim with heavier bullets, 158 grain .38s or .357s. This revolver is not a fun gun to shoot with full house magnum loads. Photo specimen and its mates come to us from Charter’s Distribution system. They have served as showgirls with Charter Arms sales reps. Each Magnum Pug comes in its factory hard shell case with protective papers, instruction manual, factory registration card, window decal, and gun lock. Surface detractions are negligible, no more cylinder rotation marking than one sees on new display revolvers across the country. These revolvers are all unfired. Similar revolvers from Taurus, Smith & Wesson, and Ruger command prices upwards of $800 apiece. We’re offering the Charter Magnum Pug On Duty Lightweight .357 Stainless in the photos, however, or one of its identical mates for only $ 359.00. Not transferable to civilian residents of California or Massachusetts.

2% discount if payment is with USPS Money Order & Not Credit Card. Any ammunition or personnel in our photos is Not included.

Add 250 rounds, 5 Boxes, Fiocchi 158 gr FMC Ammo at only $21.80 per box, $109 freight paid lower 48 with gun purchase; or 125 rounds 5 Boxes Remington 129 JHP Golden Saber same low price.

Don't let your buddies use your account. Registered user must be the buyer, with his or her own money. Buying firearms and related items for other people can result in felony charges. Don't try, either, to circumvent any law; for example, a California civilian may not buy a high capacity magazine and have it shipped to his brother-in-law in Nevada. That is a felony.
GA Pay buyers are NOT charged until we confirm we have the item and are ready to ship it. The same thing is true for phone-in, fax-in, and mail-in payments. In this respect, and in several others, Guns America outshines all its competitors. This is the best firearms website there is, hands down.
