Description: This is a non-functioning relic, C&R I think! Well a relic for sure! It was found by a developer who guestamates it was burried in a rice patty for some 60 years! After removing soil, rock and miscellaneous debree, I took it to a local gun store and asked the friendly proprietor what is this? He answered very calmly, in California this is a felony. I laughed, he didnt! I exclaimed its will never fire again why a felony? He responded with, ask DOJ! I said whos that? he answered, you will soon meet them if you dont get rid of that in a hurry! That was a year ago! I still dont know who that is! hahahahahha this price is not firm, please make an offer.....new info given today ". what you have is a rare 12" ranger model from winchester. its put out as a special addition with paperwork stating the fact that its a reproduction of a model that was legal until 1935".
