We are offering for sale a very nice Colt 1892 Navy Commercial Model 4.5" barrel in .41 colt. These were the first double actions with a swing out cylinder made by Colt. The gun has been expertly reblued but is all original. Marked patent 1884 and 1888 and Colt D A 41 on the 4.5" barrel. The bore is in excellent shape clean and shiny with all lands and grooves clearly visible. The finish is perfect and rich. 3 digit serial no. 995 on the latch, cylinder, and frame and 19550 on the bottom of the frame it is clearly original. The .41 is a harder caliber to find and very desirable for collecting. The action is smooth and all parts function well. Grips have no cracks or chips. Note the cylinder is the non-double grooved and commands a premium price Actual piece is pictured.
