Made in 1924, 26 inch round barrel with an absolutely MINT bore, doesn't look like it's been fired. Excellent mechanical condition, the barrel and magazine tube retain 95+% original bright blue with absolutely no rust or pitting. Most of the original blue has flaked off of the receiver which was typical of this vintage Winchester due to the high nickel content of the steel used prior to WWII. The wood is crack free with light handling wear and has at least 60 to 70% of the original varnish left. There is a hole in the buttstock from a sling swivel. Screw heads are clean and not buggered up, original flat top rear sight and Winchester blade front sight. This is an exceptionaly clean 1894 rifle with a mint bore that you don't see very often!
