Pardon me if I don't sound like a seasoned firearms seller. Photos are actual. Shipping will be at cost and purchaser responsibility. I live in Dallas, TX.
I have a Sig-Sauer P229 (with Hogue Grip) purchased on an impulse and hardly used. Here are the particulars:
- Original caliber: .40 S&W
- BONUS: Comes with factory original Sig .357 drop-in barrel conversion
- Incl. 3 (three) 10-round .40/.357 magazines (post-ban)
- New Hogue grips (Can't seem to find originals)
- Original sights--not night sights, but how hard is it to get those.
The firearm was used during a bodyguard training class I took, finished and never did anything with. The class was about a week long, with about half of that on an outdoor firing range/facility. I’m confident that there were less than 275 rounds fired and it hasn’t been fired since. The class and training was chalked up to an interesting experience. Firearm was disassembled, cleaned, and stored in its original case.
My loss and impulsive ideas are your savings on a very high-quality, precision firearm. I might not be a seasoned firearms aficionado, but I do know that this is a quality pistol.
Wanna know how impulsive I was? I even paid for the .357 barrel conversion-stupid. .357 barrel conversion will be included in sale ($250/list value). All it takes for the .357 barrel conversion is breaking down the weapon (i.e. field strip) and dropping in the barrel piece - Easy!

Shipping/delivery fees will be covered by me, the seller. I will not be responsible for any delivery fees outside of what I pay UPS.
NOTE ON WHO I WILL SELL TO: Because of the difficulty of shipping a firearm across state lines, I regret that it's likely that I WILL NOT sell to anyone outside of the state of Texas. I apologize, but after reviewing the different policies of the various shipping services, UPS has the policy with the least hassle. If you just happen to be traveling through Dallas, Texas, I will consider a face-to-face transfer.
Impulse-purchaser of a hi-end firearm… Help out a future nurse by taking it off my hands with minimal loss. When my nursing school starts, I'm definitely gonna need the cash. I WILL ONLY SELL TO LICENSED LAW ENFORCEMENT and will likely look for the services of a FFL holder. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
