Photos show a handful of factory Smith & Wesson factory magazines we got from a law enforcement liquidation. These magazines fit Smith & Wesson Sigma series or SW9 series Pistols in 9mm caliber. They were likely manufactured in 2002 or 2003, shipped to the Department with new pistols, and the officers promptly retired these in favor of the then-restricted 17 rounders. These fine magazines all have stainless steel construction to their bodies and springs, with High Impact white polymer followers and extended black polymer floorplate pieces. Note the lateral impresses and faults that prevent these magazines from being altered and keeps their capacity at 10 rounds, civilian legal during the ban, and legal in all jurisdictions of the United States with the notable exception of New York City, where Mayors Bloomberg and Giuliani had what they call the Common Sense to restrict magazine capacity to 5 rounds, a clear violation of civil rights but one that is still in force. All these magazines are new and unfired, and they do not show any signs of insertion or ejection. They were never issued. Replacement pricing on this magazines, if a person can even find one, is upwards of $50 apiece in our area. We’re offering the magazines in the photos, however, each for only $ 29.00. Not for sale to civilian residents of New York City.
