We are offering for sale an Ithaca Flues double barrel shotgun chambered in 20 Ga. ALL NUMBERS MATCHING. Gun appears to have been manufactured in 1912. Water table marks this gun as a GRADE 1.
“28 barrels are good to very good with a brown patina; Scattered freckling. Bores are very good with minor wear; Right barrel shows a few spots of pitting towards breech. Left barrel is choked FULL, Right barrel is choked IMP; Extractors. Lockup to receiver is tight without movement. Receiver is good with both sides showing faint engraved scenes; Brown patina. Break action works flawlessly as do double triggers. Furniture is good with perfect patina; Half pistol grip shoulder stock is capped with original hard rubber “Ithaca” butt plate. Shoulder stock has some up and down movement at wrist; Closed crack at back of rear tang; Could use some TLC. Splinter fore-end also shows nice checkering with moderate wear.
