It does have M4 feed ramps, The barrel is made by wilson, with a twist rate is 1:9 and is chrome-moly. The receiver is del-ton and the BCG is RRA. It was assembled, headspaced and test fired by a professional gunsmith. It will shoot both .223 and 5.56 NATO. This is pretty much an RRA upper, since it has all the same parts. It just wasn't assembled in their factory because of the long wait times for their uppers. Unlike other auctions, this DOES include the bolt carrier group and charging handle.
